The San Diego Comic-Con International 2008 is the 39th Comic-Con multi-genre and non-profit convention. This year, Stargate appear with 3 panels to promote Stargate Continuum, Stargate Atlantis and Stargate Worlds.
The event[]
The convention is held during 4 consecutives days between 24 and 27 July 2009 in the San Diego Convention Center in San Diego, California. About 4.000 fans were present with the panels in the Ballroom 20 of the convention center.
Content[]
The first panel was about Stargate Continuum. Brad Wright and director Martin Wood with Richard Dean Anderson, Amanda Tapping, Michael Shanks, Ben Browder, Christopher Judge, and Beau Bridges were present. Brad Wright also introduced a tribute to Don S Davis passed away one month before on 29 June 2008.
Then it was the turn of the Stargate Worlds panel. Brad Wright was also present.
Martin Gero director, Joe Flanigan, Bob Picardo, Jewel Staite, and Sci Fi VP Chris Sanagustin represent Stargate Atlantis for a this third Stargate appareance.
